One of the most notorious and impressive capabilities of our brain is the ability to recognize patterns in nature. The brain is considered to be one of the most complex systems developed throughout the evolution of the this plants. Systems performing pattern recognition are considered intrinsically complex. The use of handwritten signatures to verify individual's identity is older then photography and is also complex although experts can match two signatures well enough for most practical purpose.
